Is there a free trial?

Yes. Paid plans start with a 30-day free trial. You can try everything in the plan before you pay, and cancel during the trial at no cost.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel from your billing page whenever you like. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and your training history stays in your account.

Do my athletes need their own plan?

No. Athletes who train with a coach or a club on Train Climb are covered by that coach's or club's plan. They log sessions, check-ins and climbs for free.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Move up or down between plans, or between monthly and yearly billing, at any time. Yearly billing costs less than twelve months.

How do payments and invoices work?

Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card. Prices include VAT where it applies. You get an invoice for every payment, and businesses in the EU can add their VAT number for reverse charge.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. Train Climb runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer, and can be added to your home screen like an app. Logging a session takes about 30 seconds.

Is it suitable for young climbers?

Yes. Clubs coach youth teams with it. Athletes under 16 need a parent's or guardian's consent, which the app asks for by email or through the club, and their health data is handled with extra care.

What happens to my data if I leave?

You can download all your data at any time from your profile, and delete your account. See the privacy policy for the details.

Do you have plans for clubs and federations?

Yes. Clubs get several coaches, teams and athlete limits that fit. For a federation, a pilot season or payment by bank transfer, write to us.
